04Work

The work is operational, so the proof is too.

Our clients operate under confidentiality obligations to their own owners and partners, so we describe engagements without naming them. What we do not do is generalize. The specifics below are the actual shape of the work.

Sectors
Capital projects, infrastructure, complex programs
Engagement types

Capital-program management

United States

From fragmented platforms to one executive and operational layer.

A rapidly growing capital-program management firm had outgrown the systems it started on. Ellis Shaw designed the target operating model, then built the integrated environment across identity, CRM, HR, project controls, finance, cloud infrastructure, onboarding, procurement, and executive reporting.

Engagement / 002

In delivery

Confidential

Further engagements are published as they conclude.

We publish an engagement only once the systems are in production, the client has reviewed the write-up, and enough time has passed to say something honest about whether it held. If you would like to speak with a reference directly, we arrange that at shortlist stage.

How we talk about clients

Confidential by default.

Firms in this sector work under owner NDAs, security requirements, and competitive sensitivity that make casual name-dropping a real liability. We treat client confidentiality as part of the service rather than an obstacle to marketing.

01

Nothing published without review

Every engagement write-up is reviewed and approved by the client before it appears here, including the anonymized ones. Nothing gets published because it makes a good story.

02

Specific about the work, not the client

We describe systems, sequence, decisions, and outcomes in real detail. We omit names, locations, owners, and any figure that would identify a program or breach a commercial term.

03

References at the right stage

When a conversation reaches shortlist, we arrange a direct reference call with a client executive who did the work with us. That is worth more than a logo wall, and it is harder to fake.

Want the version with names in it? Ask us for a reference call.
